Guitar Works was founded in 1983 in Lake Hiawatha, NJ. Jack Carey set up shop offering guitar repair and bass repair, as well as custom builds for solid body guitars & basses. He moved the operation to Sparta, NJ in 1994, where he’s continued to refine his repair skills and techniques, including servicing banjos and mandolins.
